A great question and one that is frequently asked so, what is the definitive answer and why do we all need help with our love life from time to time…

Firstly, there are many reasons why ones love life suffers it could be a clear case of simple familiarity in other words we take our partners for granted and expect them to be there like an old pair of slippers perhaps, we are the guilty party and have in fact neglected our other half…

It happens so many times within marriage, the first flood of passion has passed and we continue in the relationship just like old friends. The reality is that we have forgotten we had once been deeply in love and romance was all around..OK, yes kids change our lives big time it’s true although, we must keep quality time available to allow the love to flow, holidays are great for rediscovering passion in a relaxed environment…

Work stress and long hours are again passion killers but, the chemistry still remains within us so let’s get the juices flowing again and revive the romance…

How to revive a marriage is a very important part of the happy continued equilibrium…ask yourself which is easier..putting the spark back in your relationship or going through the uncertainty of starting a new union…

In this day and age we are living at a pace we can hardly keep up with, driven by whats acceptable in society and the need to keep up with the Jones’s is putting further strain on our relationships and families,not only this but, severe financial stress has crept in to mosts households then, what can we do to remove the threat of relationship breakdown..

Rest assured that the small things are important, a cheap bunch of flowers, a bottle of wine, small inexpensive gift which says “I care about you”. Many of us find it hard to express true feelings for fear of rejection or simply shyness however, don’t hold back let it out good or bad it helps…

The one single factor that can save your marriage is sitting down and talking about what’s in your hearts, get those niggling unimportant niggles out of the way thus, clearing the way to harmony and good karma…

Even if your flat broke the love will see you through though, an old Chinese saying is ” You can’t live on love” true but, western culture does not put so much emphasis on financial matters, more on a happy love life…

The key is spending time together even just a walk in the park holding hands, sitting on the beach, go to the top of a mountain if you like just do it together and make time to do it. Figure out what’s important in your life, it’s not work it’s people at the end of the day..ask anyone who has had a near death experience..

Look around you and see what you have got in your hands and not what might have been or might be..today is the here and now, it’s a gift that’s why we call it the present..
